Food Intolerance UK will collect the following information: the purchaser’s gender, name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. Additional information includes date of birth and symptoms. If the test kit is being purchased for use by someone other than the purchaser, the name, date of birth and symptoms of that person will also be requested and stored. Handling Your Personal Details Food Intolerance UK will hold your e-mail address for the purposes of confirming orders, payments, dispatches and any other transactions entered into by you. Your telephone number is needed in the event that we need to contact you about transactions on your account. We may also contact you on any other general matters relating to your order. In addition, we may contact you to advise you of any offers which we think may be of interest to you. To opt out of receiving such information, please tick the relevant box on your order form. Your credit card information is not stored by Food Intolerance UK at any stage of your purchase. It is sent directly to PayPal's secure servers for the transaction. Food Intolerance UK collects personal information through a secure server that features encryption technology. Your details will not be viewed by anyone outside of Food Intolerance UK and PayPal. Credit Card Payments PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to its own, using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, with an encryption key length of 128 bits. Before you even register or log in to the PayPal site, its server confirms that you are using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher.
